There has been a lot of talk lately about privacy on the Internet. I know that Mary and I (I is John here) are personally concerned about our own privacy over the Internet. There has been a lot of talk about getting online merchants to subscribe to one or another "official privacy policies." Well, I don't know about any official government policy, but I thought you might like to know what our policy is.
It is really rather simple. We don't do anything with your personal information that we wouldn't want you to do with ours. We do not sell or give away your name, telephone number, street address, e-mail address, purchasing habits or the color of your eyes. Not that we know what that is...
We have been approached upon occasion about selling our customer list. We decided not to. Not because the money wasn't enough, but because we wouldn't want you to do it to us.
Now, this is not to say that we won't us the information for OUR OWN marketing efforts... We do, after all, send US customers flyers and we make use of e-mail to send customers updates, respectfully and reasonably of course. But no one else will have access to the information -- for any purpose.
Thanks and happy modeling (or reading or whatever...)
John Roll, Mary Hovden and the rest of the Roll Models family.
