OK folks, first off, we should apologize. When we set out to start Roll Models (before integration with Battle Hobbies) we sincerely believed that we could and would answer every e-mail in a timely fashion. After adding Battle Hobbies, we started getting a LOT of e-mail. When I say a lot, I mean HUNDREDS per day. Sadly, there is simply no way that we can respond to all of that in any kind of reasonable fashion. I am truly sorry for this.

We do want to answer your questions, however. If you have any, please call (763-545-0399) during normal business hours (9:30 to 5:30 , Central Time Monday thru Friday) and we will do our best. We can't (generally) answer modeling questions, but we can tell you about the status of an order, the price on a new kit or other similar things.

Please remember that we are a small organization (generally never more than four people working here) and our focus is to give you cool stuff at the best prices possible -- and that will continue to be our focus.
